Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT

We must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the goods. You can pay using any major credit or debit card through Paypal. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment, we won’t be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

Free postage and packing for orders over £4o.

Please allow 5 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri).

EUROPEAN DELIVERY (WITHIN EEC)

Orders up to 600grs = £8
Orders over 600grs & up to 1kg = £14
Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

We aim for you to receive your order within seven days, this is subject to seasonal variation. We specify the method and address for delivery when you make your order. Risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.

RETURNS

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective goods please contact us to claim a full refund or replacement and a free postage return label. We ask that you return goods within 14 days of receipt of goods.

REFUND POLICY

If you receive a damaged parcel or defective good you will receive a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging, if returned within 28 days of the date of the invoice (including a copy of the original invoice) to: Hania Secrets at 5 Ealcom Court, Tring Avenue, London W5 3QF. You may exchange or have a refund on all goods, providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition within 28 days of the original purchase. Please send with a proof of purchase (in the instance where you have no receipt, we will be happy to offer an exchange) again to the above address.
